NCAVPS

Net Current Asset Value (NCAV) is a conservative valuation technique that Graham introduced to assess the value of a company's assets. It focuses on the company's current assets minus all its liabilities, and then divides this value by the number of shares outstanding. The resulting value, known as the Net Current Asset Value Per Share (NCAVPS), can be used as a measure of a company's potential value, particularly in cases where the market price of the company's stock is significantly lower than its NCAVPS. The PEG ratio is used to provide a valuation perspective that considers both a company's current earnings level (P/E ratio) and its potential for growth. A PEG ratio of 1 is often considered to represent a balanced valuation, where the P/E ratio is in line with the expected growth rate. A PEG ratio less than 1 might indicate that the stock could be undervalued relative to its growth prospects, while a PEG ratio greater than 1 could suggest that the stock is overvalued.
